All hair can either be given by hand or by post. Hair sent by post must be given 5 working days prior to your appointment, otherwise a £15 fee will be charged. Drop-off information required: full name, phone number, appointment date and time, and service + add-ons. If you choose to post your hair, please do so by Special Delivery. BFA Studios is not liable for any hair that is posted.

When purchasing your frontal/closure, please make sure it meets the following requirements: the lace is not darker than your skin tone or has dye on the lace. If you are lighter skinned, you must get a transparent lace. A thin lace is required to give better results — HD lace or film lace are stated to be the thinnest on the market. If you require assistance choosing the right hair, you can DM or email for advice. If your frontal does not meet these requirements, your appointment will be cancelled and you will not receive your deposit back.

If you are getting a bob, your closure/frontal wig must be at least 14 inches and above.

BFA Studios does not work with T-part wigs or synthetic hair. If you arrive with either of these, you will be turned away and your appointment will be cancelled.

If booking a frontal ponytail, please ensure you arrive with your hair without grease and thoroughly washed to avoid cancellation.

If you wish to have your hair cornrowed, please make sure it is properly washed and blow-dried before the appointment.

Slots are released on the 20th of every month at 6 PM. Please note that the non-working day is Sundays.

All appointments require a £15 non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment date and time. The remaining balance is to be paid completely by cash or bank transfer. In the unlikely event that BFA Studios needs to cancel your appointment due to circumstances on their side, your deposit will be fully refunded. However, if your appointment is cancelled due to a breach of the policies, the deposit will not be refunded.

All appointments before 10:00 AM and after 6:00 PM are charged an additional £15 fee. This is added as an add-on when booking. Please do not book these times if you do not wish to pay this fee.

If choosing to reschedule your appointment: you must reschedule within the same month only; a new deposit is not required for the rescheduled appointment; and you must give 4 days' notice prior to your original booking date.

BFA Studios acknowledges that unexpected situations can occur. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please notify BFA Studios as soon as possible. Where possible, a rescheduled appointment may be offered depending on availability. No-shows: clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will be charged 50% of the service cost. Lateness: a 10-minute grace period is allowed; 15 minutes late — £15 late fee; 20 minutes late — appointment will be cancelled.

To maintain a comfortable and professional environment: no additional guests or plus ones. Please select add-ons where necessary. Appointments before 10:00 AM and after 6:00 PM are out-of-hours appointments, so please ensure this is selected during booking if required.

Once your appointment has been booked, you will receive an automatic confirmation email containing: appointment date and time, address, and service details and requirements.
